PVC polyvinyl chloride sale and processing

Unsoftened polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U)

PVC-U, sometimes also called PVC-U mislabeled as hardened PVC, is a plastic characterized by good machinability and high durability to aggressive chemicals. This material is relatively more expensive than PE, which is often used for similar applications (the material has a high density, the manufacturing cost is usually determined by weight).

Basic properties:

  • Good machinability
  • High stiffness
  • Can be used within 0 °C and +50 °C
  • Health safety

As standard, we offer sale of PVC boards with dimensions 2000 x 1000 mm in grey colour.

Foam PVC

PVC polished boards (also foamed PVC) white used for the production of large-scale advertising. Their main advantage is their low weight and price, the possibility of digital printing and self-adhesive film coating. Thanks to the UV stabilisation already in the basic version it is it is also possible to use this material outdoors.

Softened PVC belts

Softened polyvinyl chloride (PVC-P) is mostly clear, very tough plastic, often used as door panels (draught proofing) or as elastic parts of various equipment.

We offer customized PVC cuttings according to customer requirements. We also offer shape processing based on your documents and drawings. Foamed PVC cross-sections of common widths (8, 10 mm) can usually be produced on request at our premises.
