Thanks to our in-house technological equipment, we are able to provide precision cutting, CNC milling, laser machining, bending and bonding of plexiglass. These production capabilities enable us to produce both standardised advertising panels and more technically complex bespoke structures.

Double-sided illuminated signs for shops and business premises

A double-sided illuminated sign is an advertising panel that is most commonly installed perpendicular to a building’s façade. Unlike single-sided light boxes, it allows advertising messages to be displayed on both visible sides.

This design is particularly suitable for premises located along streets, in shopping arcades or in other locations where it is important for the advertisement to be visible from both directions.

Lighted signposts are used, for example, as:

Shop signage – for identifying shops and retail units.
Illuminated signs for restaurants and cafés – for displaying the establishment’s name and logo.

Construction of illuminated signs – aluminium, plexiglass and LED technology

The basis of a standard light-emitting sign is an aluminium frame structure, into which two illuminated plexiglass display panels and internal LED lighting are fitted.

Aluminium frames for light-emitting signs

Aluminium profiles make it possible to create structures that are both lightweight and sufficiently rigid for standard advertising applications.

We cut the profiles to the required dimensions and assemble them into the final frame. Depending on the specific design, the visible parts of the structure can be given a coloured finish.

When designing the frame, we take into account the size of the advertising panel, how it will be mounted and the desired appearance.

Illuminated plexiglass advertising panels

For the production of double-sided light panels, we primarily use opal plexiglass (PMMA), which, thanks to its optical properties, allows light to be diffused and creates an evenly illuminated advertising surface.

Depending on the customer’s requirements, visible surfaces can be enhanced with advertising films, coloured graphics, company logos or other decorative elements.

As well as standard designs, we also produce projections featuring a combination of transparent, opal and coloured plexiglass components.

LED lighting and power supply

The light source is provided by LED modules located inside the advertising panel. We adapt their positioning to the dimensions and depth of the projection so as to ensure that both advertising surfaces are adequately illuminated.

When designing, we take into account the light transmittance of the materials used, the required illuminance, the power supply and the anticipated operating conditions.

The choice of electrical components and the design must be appropriate for the specific application, particularly when installed outdoors.

Standard and non-standard light indicators

Square light projections

We most commonly manufacture square and rectangular light-emitting signs with aluminium frames and plexiglass fronts illuminated from both sides.

Standard models are suitable for signposting retail premises, company headquarters and other commercial buildings.

Customers can choose from several standard sizes, such as 500 × 500 mm, 600 × 600 mm or 800 × 800 mm. We also offer rectangular models in both portrait and landscape orientations.

Round and irregularly shaped light projections

As well as traditional rectangular advertising panels, we also specialise in the production of bespoke illuminated signs tailored to our customers’ individual requirements.

Custom manufacturing options include, in particular:

Round light-emitting signs – with an advertising panel illuminated from both sides.
All-glass projections – a design without a traditional exposed aluminium frame.
Projections with illuminated edges – non-standard designs in which the side sections of the structure may also be illuminated.

Graphic design and labelling of light-emitting signs

A high-quality illuminated sign must not only be structurally well-designed, but also easy to read and visually clear.

In accordance with the customer’s requirements, we offer bespoke graphic designs for advertising spaces, including company logos, business names, advertising symbols and other graphic elements.

For signage, we use, for example, advertising films suitable for backlighting, digital printing or structural elements made from coloured plexiglass.

For more design-intensive projects, it is possible to combine different materials, layers of colour and three-dimensional elements.

An important part of preparing an order is selecting suitable graphics for double-sided printing and adapting them to the light-reflective properties of the materials used.

Mounting and installation of light bars

Illuminated advertising signs are usually installed perpendicular to the building’s façade using a suitable supporting structure or mounting brackets.

When designing and installing, it is necessary to take into account not only the dimensions and weight of the advertising panel, but also the properties of the supporting structure, the method of anchoring and wind loads.

For outdoor installations, it is important to ensure the correct design and adequate protection of electrical components against the elements.

At the customer’s request, we also arrange for the assembly and installation of the ordered window bars, with the specific scope of services determined according to the nature of the order and the installation site.

Before proceeding, it is also advisable to check any requirements set by the property owner and the relevant regulations governing the placement of advertising structures.

Non-illuminated advertising signs and company signs

As well as illuminated advertising panels, we also offer the production of non-illuminated signboards, advertising signs and double-sided company signs.

Non-illuminated signage offers a more affordable alternative to illuminated advertising boxes. It is particularly suitable for businesses and premises where the advertising space does not need to be illuminated.

We tailor our production to the required shape, size and installation method. Depending on the specific application, we can use plexiglass, aluminium composite panels or other suitable sheet materials.

Advertising spaces can be enhanced with printing, stickers, a company logo or other graphic elements.

The advantages of non-illuminated protrusions are a simpler design, the absence of an electrical power supply and minimal energy consumption during operation.

How do I order a bespoke illuminated sign?

To enable us to prepare a quotation, please send us some basic information about the illuminated sign you require.

We recommend that you include the following in particular:

Dimensions of the advertising panel – width, height and, where applicable, the required depth.
Quantity and any requirements for repeat production.
Desired shape – square, rectangular, round or irregular.
Frame colour options and requirements for graphic markings.
Location of the protrusion – indoors or outdoors.
Mounting method and any installation requirements.
Graphic files – company logo, advertising text or desired design.

It is advisable to send graphic files in vector format, such as PDF, AI or SVG.

If you do not have a technical drawing to hand, you can attach a simple dimensioned sketch or a photograph of a similar product.
