Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on ordered part complexity, requested quantity and material type.

Standard items, e. g. cuttings and e-shop items can be shipped within two days of order placement.

Complex products, such as showcases, shields or shaped items are typically shipped within 3-4 business days of order placement depending on shop capacity. If special material is needed delivery time can extend for up to 4 weeks depending on material availability at supplier.

Shipping

We offer following shipping methods:

• Personal pick up in our Prague shop: Papírenská 180/1, Praha 6, 160 00
• Transport with our company van Renault MASTER (nationwide in CZ)
• PPL
• TOP TRANS – in case of palletized orders or orders to Slovakia
• Fedex - or in case of shipping to other European countries

All our clients are informed of progress in their order, shipping date and delivery timeframe.
