We manufacture customized plexiglass (acrylic) turntable and tape deck covers with an emphasis on precision, quality and durability. The covers serve as an effective protection against dust, scratches and mechanical damage while maintaining full visibility of the equipment.
Materials used
We use mainly transparent acrylic plastics for production:
- PMMA XT (plexiglass, acrylic) - high clarity, UV stability
- PMMA GS (plexiglass, acrylic) - for engraving logos and lettering
- Colours- clear or smoke transparent colours, opal plexiglass
The materials are distinguished by their low weight, high strength and long service life.
Applied production technology
We manufacture the covers using modern technologies:
- Single component adhesive bonding - Cheaper technology, the bonded joint contains a certain amount of bubbles
- Two-component adhesive bonding - More expensive technology, bubble-free bonded joints
- Plexiglas bending - Body of the cover bent, sides glued or glued
- Laser cutting of Plexiglas - for engraving logos, lettering and cut-outs
- Printing - we are able to complete the covers with prints
Thanks to a combination of technologies, we achieve high precision and aesthetic quality.
